It is the wired in battery model but the battery is fine.

The battery is fine. The display shows o.k I just can't get the unit to come out of PC mode to play discs normally. It works fine records and plays via the laptop on sonic stage 4.3. When I disconnect it stays on PC mode and can't get it to play or access the menu via jog dial. Just keeps flashing PC-md every time I press a button.

I have tried all buttons it won't let me access the menu. It works fine when connected to p.c. stopped the player exit sonic stage removed it from cradle and as soon as I press anything it says it's still connected to PC. Even stop button won't work.

It had finished recording from the lap top made the finalize noise and opened normally. I didn't have to force it open.

Cant get the the thing off PC-MD even when its unplugged tried putting different discs in and turning the battery off, but as soon as it powers on it says s2 pc++md and wont read discs. Has anyone got a fix for this?
