How do I create playlists?

I just recently got a S706f which plays AAL files. My question is, is there any difference between a 256k AAL file and a 352k AAL one? I know I probably wouldn't be able to hear any difference but is there any, technically? (like less information, smaller size, worse quality etc...) thanks in advance

Hi im new here and am planning to buy NW-S706F. Does the noise cancelling function ONLY work with the earphone that come with the player? I have a sennheiser px200, will it work on that ?
