Those are crazy prices. Here in New Zealand they go on sale soon for: 8GB $399NZD 4GB $329NZD 2GB $259NZD Converting those prices the 8GB one would be about USD$287 and AUD$347. So you guys in aussie are getting ripped off! I am impressed with Sony New Zealands prices. They are lower than the comparable IPod nanos here by about $30
