I'm getting a similar problem. My disc is scratched, and it's bombing out of the installation process. It's recognising my device as "Unsupported Device". The message I'm getting is This device is eithor not present, not working properly, or does not have all the drivers installed (code 10). When I run "Vaio Music Transfer" I get "Device not found. Please connect a hardware device". Anyone got any ideas?
