  1. I've so had it with Sony and all of their stuff. Can't even get a normal answer from them when calling. My earphones broke, I send them to be fixed and the next thing I get billed for 80 euro's. The same NEW earphones aren't even that expensive and it was in my guarantee-period. It wasn't cable-break or something, the sound just started to be cracky. I only used them on my NW-a808, nothing else. I'm selling my nw-a808 and my DSC-W100, also my MDR-EX71's, screw Sony.
  2. Seriously dude, if you can pull that off I'll marry you. I'm soooooooooooo waiting for someone to fix that. I'm even considering selling my a808 and buying a new nwz just for the wmp function. Even though i'd lose like 80 euro´s with it Please try your best!

    Hey guys! Lost my cable for my NW A808. I tried to buy a new one today, but the sellers don't know which cable I need and so don't I. They don't sell official Sony cables over here. What do I do??
  7. I am really starting to get a little sick of this nonsense. I payed like 280 euro's for that thing, the least they could do is provide a clear answer. I don't think this suits the service-demands you'd have when buying this product. If they really do not wish to take their responsibility, they will lose me as a customer for sure. I'm seriously thinking about selling my cybershot and my Bravia TV, kinda fed up with this Sony-b*llsh*t. They don't even show the decency to at least tell concretely wether there will be an update or not. Now I don't even know what I'm waiting for! Their internal information-flows are obviously all messed up, why would they provide 10 different answers otherwise? Ugh.

  9. Signed it. Please sign this people. I bought my A808 just 4 weeks ago, and I have been doubting soo hard wether I should by it or not because of SonicStage. I feel really, really bad about this. I just want Media Player, been using it all my life and got a library ordened there. I love the sound and looks of my A808, but I just háte SS. I really do. Sign this petition, this just isn't fair man If they'd just announced it or something I would have waited. If they really do refuse to do this, then this is my last Sony product. I got a digicam, mp3player, photoprinter and I could go on and on, but this is just a backstabbing.
  10. I don't get it. When I go to the Dutch sony-site, and check out the flashplayers, they are announcing the a816 etc. I mean, how? They don't have any image included and when you click on it it says that the product cannot be found? http://www.sony.nl/view/ShowProductCategor...Network+Walkman

  12. And another question.. I've figured out SonicStage, but there is 1 thing I don't understand. When an album has been made by several artists, SonicStage just keeps showing the album more than once. I don't want that. For example, I want all these '2001''s to become just 1 '2001', if you know what I mean. I've already tried every possible combination on the left view-menu. Anyone?
  13. Hey people! I just got my NW-A808 and it is charging now as I am typing this. I haven't used it yet, the battery was too low. I'd like to ask some questions though: 1. For the first charge, will 3 hours be enough? 2. The connector, it kinda fits in hard into the player. I just shoved it in and it's in now, but when I want to get it out, do I just have to pull it? Isn't there like a button on the cable or something (I couldn't find it)? 3. When connected, it just keeps saying 'connecting' on the player. But SonicStage does see the player and imho it is connected. I mean, why does it keep saying that it's connecting? 4. Do I have to like discard it with the software before pulling the cable out? (like you have to do in iTunes before disconnecting an iPod)> Thanks in advance! I'm so happy right now haha, been saving money for this thing for months now. Greetz!
