Hi there, I'm coming across a rather annoying problem. I recently got my computer back from it being cleaned by IT staff at college and the sonicstage ver. 3.3 that i used with my NW-A1000 was removed. on downloading the latest version of sonicstage it tells me i have to re-format my walkman to use it with the new software. on attempting to re-install ver 3.3 an error message repeatedly appears stating "Data was unable to be retrieved from the server. Please check your internet connection and try again. (21000)" comes up even though my connection is fine. All my songs were originally transferred to my NW-A1000 on another computer that has now been got rid of. is there any version of sonicstage/way of getting around the problems i'm experiencing? (CPU - 64bit AMD Athlon XP 2600+ 1.92 Ghz 512mb DDR Ram USB 2.0 no other applications running at the time) any help would be greatly appreciated. JT
