I saw the software Get Your Music 1.0 in the downloads section.. but i can't use it with my NWA3000... what should i do to make it work?

I have a problen after updating to 2.01, all my song went away! and then i installed again 1.01, the songs are back but now connect does not recognice my a3000 what can i do?
