Not much to add apart from THANKS.....spent my Boxing Day trying to get my son's NWA1000 up and running and probably encountered all of the problems described here plus also could not get any imports to work. Anyhow the suggestions of deleting the contents of the library folder and switching off Artist link have got us moving forward. Now for loading on to the player ! Happy New Year
