I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but i've had my hd5 a little over a year now, and the other day i accidentally unplugged it from the computer without stopping the player on the computer and now when i turn on my player the screen just lights up and nothing happens, but after a few tries of tryin to turn it on it will turn on, after 3 or 4 tries. If anyone has a solution please let me know. HELP

I have tried to download the GYM program but when I try to install it it says that Mp3 File Manager is not installed, do i need to install that program also to to run GYM. Please help.

Does anyone know how to transfer mp3 files back to My Library. Everytime I try to transfer it says that this type of file cannot be imported but i can transfer atrac files back to my library but not mp3s. Please help.
