Hey guys I'm having trouble with my current headphone (ones that came with the player) My left one keeps falling out. I did come across these Koss Sparkplug they look like they might fit better I was wondering if anyone has had any experiance with them or know of any better?? Hope you can help Greg

Why dont they make car kits that access the NW-A3000 via the botton usb part?? I've got a desk cradle and when i plug my mp3 player into it it switches to line out automatically if the line out is pluged into the cradle. surly using that port you couls still control the player as well!! I really want to use my player in my car but not via a quick fix. I want it to be in a cradle and plugged into my system like the ipod ones are!!

From what i've been told by the I.T guys at work the MCE2005 is basically windows xp pro with the media center add on. It M$ way of making you buy stuff. I would rather just get the MCE add on but you can't. So to answer your question you should be fine!!

Do you guys recon they will make one which will work with factory fitted systems?? I would really like one which has some kind of cradle so its not being flung around the car. Plus if it could to work with the fitted remote on my stearing wheel!!

Hiya guys Well my cradle arrived. At work at the mo so can't try it out. But i was wondering. If i plug in the supplied USB (which came with the cradle) into the AC adaptor and have it plugged into my PC at the sametime will it speed charge or do the slower one via the usb going into the PC?? It says in the manual to charge it use the supplied usb with the AC adaptor. But it will also charge via the USB going into the PC. So this is why i ask!! Hope you can help Greg

Cool thanks fella i'll try that!! Am i right in saying though i say we were using itunes it would generate a playlist for you?? What is this exactly?? Would it create a list of the latest podcasts?? What i'm doing is when they are in connect i'm setting the genre as podcast so when i'm using my player they can all be loacted quickly!! would you ssay thats the best way?? Also i've mentioned this already. I'm finding sometimes connect is making two artist sections of the same artist. I've made sure that its all in the same case lettering but its still keeping them as two. Any ideas??

Yeah the CKM-NWA300 is quite nice. I saw a white one on here in the photos section but no idea where to get that from!! As for the Ipod Sock are you using the 20gig ipod size one?? Anyone else on here using something to protect there player??

Just wondering guys if there is some kind of car dock available for this player?? I've seen a few for the ipod where its all hooked up so all you do is plug in your player and your away. Some even allow you to use your car remote to select tracks!!

Hiya guys I've just got mine and would like to keep it pretty nice. I've seen the soft case that Sony do. But can't find it anywhere online. Everywhere has up to 2 week waiting times!! Are there other things which you can use. i.e somthing like the ipod sock etc Cheers

Hiya guys Just got the jist of podcasting and have got a copy of ipodder. Found some nice podcasts which i've subscribed to etc and have downloaded them, trouble is ipodder doesn't recognise Connect. Only iTunes, WMP and winamp. Now i know this isn't a major problem cos i can import the downloaded podcasts myself. It would just be nice to have it fully automated like it should be. Does anyone know of any other podcast recievers which will recognise Connect so it will create a playlist for my podcasts?? Hope you can help Greg

Ah thanks Steve. Well i'll stick with the connect till i get probs. Maybe this newer version is better!! I've got a few new questions. I want to get some podcasts. Now i found the Pete Tong one (Tongcast) but i have to use iTunes to get it. Cant i use connect etc?? Also i've spent the last day cleaning up my libary and sorting out the albums so theu all have the correct case lettering. Some of them are but are still in two separate albums with the same name. Any ideas?? Also if i did a scan on my pc again. Would all my good work be undone?? Dont want to do it and find its added two of the same track etc. Hope you guys can help Greg

Hiya Guys Just joined up today so hi to everyone!! Well i've just got a NW-A3000 with my birthday money. Installed the connect software and it auto updated to the new version. (glad cos i've heard allot of bad things about earlier versions!!) I've also checked the firmware and its 2.01 so think i'm all set on the updating front. I've done a scan on my pc and it found all my music. I then went through it all removing certain tracks which i didn't want on it. Did notice the case sensitive thing. Although for a few of my albums i have made sure the tracks have the correct case sensitive album title. But for some reason its put them as two separate albums. Any ideas?? Also only some of the tracks which were already on my pc have had there correct info from the internet. Is there a way to get the rest?? When i import a cd it gets it fine!!! Think thats everything. I did the volume unlock as well. Any other things i ought to do?? Pretty new to to mp3 players etc. Oh yeah one thing where can i get podcasts?? Wouldn't mind some of Pete Tongs essential selections!! Sorry for all the questions!! Greg
