I just reinstall my computer, and try to use Sonic Stage to upload few new songs that I have, but then I encounter the following problem during uploading the file. here is my bad translation: Checking if there is any song being remove with out loading back to the computer. Those deleted songs' data will return. (the left transfer count will add up) Alright, seems like some songs may be weird, but then this pop up translation again : Unable to load the following song into my data base. Because these song was recorded by Net MD or the other computer. unknown unknown unknown then SS just repeat the same step over and over again and after few times, SS crash anyone know how to solve it? And also, I already reinstall my SS, and formated the hard drive of my WM A3000, return to factory setting, and also pressed down the reset button.

This is the current situtation, my Connect player can not detect the MP3 player at all when i plug it into the computer, orgianlly, I showed as gray on Connect player, and I used to be able to play music on Connect player from the device, but now, ever since i removed it from Connect player. THe software can no longer recognize it. Some thread online said that I need to initialize my hard drive, in the other pharse, format the whole dame device. I really don't want to do that, does anyone have any good idea that may help me? Yes, it had happen to me before, but i it only happen after i place a file in teh hard drive of the Player, and also happen another time when I was trying to edit the playing list form my computer. Now i really have no idea what should I do, because if I reformat the hard drive, that means anohter 2 hours that I need to spend on computer transfter tracks and few more hours rebuilding my book marks. Most important, there is one or more CD album that was only stored on my NWA3000 and I wish I can't fix the problem with out losing those songs

Ok, I found this really funny.... the earphone that came with the mp3 player does work well..... .but............ the OLD earphone that came with my old MD playe worked on the unit. I have not tried Five different ear phone. Three work, two doesn't ...... and the two that doesn't work worked perfectly on the on the other player I have no idea what hte hell is going on now

I have just bought a NW-A3000, but as soon as i try it on, i realized that there are no sound at al Comming from the left ear phone, can anyone help me out with my problem? appreciate it One additional info. I already checked the help from Canada web-site, it said if it problem with Mono or Stereo headphone, the sound should come from Left, but... mine came from right.... the most funny thing is that..... THE ORGINALY HEAD PHONE CAME FROM THE SAME BOX HAVE THAT PROBLEM
