    Selling NWA-3000

Took it to Comet today, they're keeping hold of it for now and said they'll phone me tomorrow. The woman said that there's a new update for Connect coming out in the next week or so (anyone know anything about this??) and that I should try this before getting it refunded/exchanged.

    Selling NWA-3000

I'm tired of wrestling with the NWA-3000 and it's software. I'm normally brand loyal to Sony and gave this one a good shot but... well, you all know the problems with it. Sure there's ways around them but I don't see why I should pay the best part of £200 only to have to fight a million and one problems myself in order for it to work well. So I'm conisdering just selling it (had it 2 months, Comet probably won't take it back now) and going back to Ap**e (sorry!). Where can I get the most money for it? They're going for around £120 on eBay atm, does anyone know if I could get better than this, online or otherwise? By the way, if anyone's interested I'll throw in the official Sony case... ;-)
  3. I've now found that if I burn tracks to CD (using WMP) then rip them back into SonicStage or Connect, it plays them just fine. Which is odd. And takes ages. Erm... any suggestions?
  4. OK have done that, still getting same problem Thanks for speedy reply & welcome though!
  5. Playback of downloaded music in Connect and SonicStage (and on my NWA-3000) has suddenly deteriorated to crackles, pops, skips and pauses, and is driving me insane. This never happened before. The same tracks play perfectly well in Windows Media and other players. I've recently got a new PC which I installed SonicStage 3.3 onto and imported all the music I had before. The old files play fine, but newly downloaded music on this PC sounds terrible, whether it's in MP3 or ATRAC. Imports from CD work fine. I thought it might be something to do with the (lack of) licenses on tracks but I thought if this was the problem then SonicStage would give me an error message and refuse to play the track at all? Please help!
