LOL I must be the luckiest guy ever. I was doing some more of that fiddling (yeah I should have that problem checked out) and I remember what the writer of the guide said about there being 'macro' settings. He said they ended in 'CC' in the Manual section of Test Mode, so I went in and activated ALL of them (except the ones that deal with resetting the NVCore) and it worked! I have charge mode now.

Yes, I used that guide to restore my player back to its original functionality (minus the charging mode). Does anyone know if there is a list of what all of the Test Mode settings correspond to? It's quite possible that while I was fiddling (yeah I'm guilty of fiddling) I may have actually disabled it. I heard something about a list being developed, but I'm not sure. Thanks

I have a Sony MZ-R700, and I used the guide to add some of the R900 features to it. After I added these features, I noticed the battery charge feature was mysteriously gone! :shock: Needless to say, I was baffled. I used the OTHER guide to reset it back to its original state, but the charge mode was still gone. :cry: I would really like to have this feature back, and if anyone knows how to fix this I would appreciate any help. Yeah, this should probably be in the 'troubleshooting' section but it doesn't look like that section is very heavily viewed, so I put it here. Thanks, Daryl
