  1. i've noticed that most the minidisc players/recorders that have come out have seemed to focus more on technical aspects rather than aesthetics. ( the new butt-ugly sharp md-dr7 comes to mind). i was wondering if anyone out there thinks the same. by the way, my favorite looking minidisc player is the md-ms722
  2. thanks for the advice, i got it to work well now. (i recorded the concert with a mono mic in lp2 mode, for who ever wanted to know, i'll probably get a stereo mic before i record another concert)
  3. I recorded a tori amos concert a while back with a crappy mono mic (which recorded a lot better than i expected), anyway, does anyone know any kind of software/freeware that can "even out" sound files so i can get the sound to come out both sides of the headphones?
  4. the only problem with that is i need one with mdlp mode. i thought about buying one of the ones that use gumstick batteries, but i'd rather stick to the AA's (i know that they have AA adapters, but they're ugly and annoying)
  5. all three of my md units are square shaped with the bump on the back for a single AA battery. i've always wondered if the they were staying with this or do you think they might switch to a more rectangular shape in the future? or they could even switch it to a AAA battery. does anyone like the bump or would rather have a slightly rectangular md player?
