I hope so as well... the incident here, I got my shipment but there is something very wrong, so I am very much hoping that it was an honest mistake on their part. I've had excellent customer service from them before too, anything that I asked, was replied promptly. I emailed them earlier this afternoon about my problem and am still awaiting a reply.

Hi, I'm new here, and I'm having some troubles w/ an order that I made w/ these ppl... Could anybody who's ordered product from them in the past post your experiences whether good or bad (why it was bad) and if you would use them again? Thanks
