Okay I Finally figured it out!!!! But what i need to know if i can record only in ATRAC not ATRAC 3. Anybody know? I do know when i try to reoptimize the tracks it tells me files are all optimized. Please any suggestions?

I do record in SP mode. I have tried to record in all 3 modes of record and my minidisc changer is pretty old but that is why i am recording in SP mode. Can anybody tell me something I don't know. But thanks for the advice and i welcome it all.
