radiomike

Hi I use a portable for field recording for radio broadcast. I need a machine with a low noise mic amp, with manual level, but good auto level would be useful. And easy to edit on, preferably with a jogger wheel. I currently have an Aiwa AMF70, which is super to edit on, but the battery is tired. Don't need NetMD or long play but mono would be useful. I'm in the UK. Any suggestions? Mike
