hello wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for a MDLP hi-fi system that has an optical out would be hand if it was NetMD, and doenst matter if its a micro system or whatever, prefereably with cd ive had a look thru the equipment browser of minidisc.org but the only ones with optical out dont seem to be MDLP id rather not resort to a minidisc deck, but it was MDLP, CD with optical out thatd be ok any help would be great roofoo

ive just spent the last 3 hours crawling over this forum for posts about this problem. there are at least 7 or 8 mentions of this problem when the 'hack' has been applied. basically, when you press (stop) to recharge, the unit starts to click and doesnt recharge at all. apparently in this thread: http://forums.minidisc.org/viewtopic.php?t=153 the guy has managed to solve the problem by using the 'macro's' to reset the unit. would someone who understands the EEPROM of the unit please finalise this problem with a solution. its quite frustrating thanx in advance

anyone able to explain how this guy used the macro's to reset and cure the charging problem? ive had a fiddle and not entirely sure which CC's to use in which section i tried contacting him but the address doesnt work

Yesterday i used the hack guide to unlock the other features, which work fine until i came to use it today and tried holding the stop button to charge my MD which doesnt seem to work now the power cable works and the stop button works it justs seems that by applying the hack the charging capability has been lost i noticed that the service menu 720 is to do with "Charge" is that where i need to change something for it to work? any ideas would be grand i have tried resetting through the guide to no avail thanx woodeeee
