I have dozens of MDs recorded from vinyl in the original MD format (my first minidisc recorder was an MZ-R3). Desirable features: 1. Portability 2. Fairly fine-grained pitch control (-/+ 10% in 1% intervals would be okay) 3. Seamless single track repeat (the MZ-R50 does this, but I understand newer models have a noticeable pause when the track restarts. Is this also true for Hi-MD?) 4. Line level in and out 5. Easy controls (especially for putting the player into single-track repeat mode). Do the Hi-MD portables have these features? Thanks, Kris
