  1. sorry for the x2 post the first try failed I was wondering - for the section where you have to use a power supply, is it essential to the re-getting-back-on-track of the MD player, or is it optional? Secondly, the reset only seems to fix a few aspects of play, and finally thirdly, if you do make a value go bad which isnt listed on that document, is there any way you can get it back? Thanks
  2. thanks i guess its just bad luck that i didnt try and get into the menu before i started messing around with the EEPROM values. And also: when you have HOLD on, when you try to press something it flashes HOLD on the screen? If you hit the ENTER button the hold still flashes - does this mean that my enter button is functional, but it doesn't work in conjunction with the FF and FR buttons to go left and right?
  3. *topic* i was wondering what the problem was - should i reset the system's values? Should I send it for repair? Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks
  4. just a general question: if i overwrite red hot chili peppers - californication (length: 4:30), with rage against the machine - wake up (length 6:03), will that extra 1:33 overflow onto my next track? For example, the chilis about to be overwritten is on track 10, and song x is on track 11, will i lose 1:33 of track 11?
