  1. ANy idea where I can get my hands on one? Preferably one that does it straight Mp3 to Mp3. I have a program which converts to wav and then back to MP3 but I want as little loss as possible.
  2. I own a 610 and I love it! It did come with the radio (reception is eh!) I have not figured a way to do 1x transfers from the computer. I usually just hook it up to my computer and let the unit do the ATRAC conversion. The SonicStage software isn't the greatest but it works. You can't really change many of the settings (ie volume level). IF you have a sound card with audio out, you can do 1x that way as well. Hope this helps alittle.
  3. If you are getting those errors, you are not in record mode. You must hold down the pause button and press T-Mark to enter record mode (but this is line in record only) After pressing those buttons, press menu and navigate to you record volume. Keep in mind, once again, these are for line in recording only. As far as I know, you cannot control these options from the software.

Some also require that you use only one output (analog OR digital)
  5. Who's to say that you cannot record from the radio that comes with it? If you look a mini to mini wire from the headphone jack in the radio to the line in on the MD Player, it should work. Just make sure your volume is low/high enough as to not cause distortion.

I don't know if you found an answer to this, but most items connected to a DVD player will not record digital. Try using the analog outputs.
  7. I am a newbie, so please go easy. I have looked all over the place for info and still have not found much! I know I am probably either missing it or it's not there and I am looking for nothing, but can RecVol be adjusted within the software? Or is there a way to change it on the recorder while not directly in Rec mode on the play. I am getting some distortion (and 6th bar lighting up) on my MZNF610 for certain tracks.
