I have MD MZ-R700, can I transfer whatever I record to the PC?

I got MZ-R700 for a long time don't know used it. I hope all of you here could help me out. I just wonder How can download the song from the computer to my MD? and only way I know is by put one by one by play the song and record it. Other thing is like when record something to the MD by use the microphone, can I put it to the computer? I hope you understand what I mean. and thank you
