Hi there, I was just thinking, what if you 1. recorded with the minidisc, 2. transferred the recording over to the computer via the usb (into that crappy sonic state program) 3. set up an audio program (cool edit pro, goldwave etc) 4. go to the soudcard record properties and choose "what you hear" instead of "line-in" 5. play back the digitally encoded version while recording in the other program would this solve the D/A problem? without needing a component MD recoder?
