  3. I made I live recording of bands playing and wanted to transfer the recording to the computer with my Sony MZ-NH900 Hi-MD recorder but when I transfered the files sonicstage did not show the files that were supposedly copied over and also deleted the files from the 1Gb minidisc I was using, so basicly I lost all of the recordings from the minidisc. Beforehand though I copied the full contents of the Hi-MD drive to the computer just to be cautious because I heard that other people had problems with sonicstage deleting things. When I tried to copy these files back to the minidisc the minidisc would not play them. I still have the contents of the minidisc on my computer but I cant use it. Is it possible to take the files which are a clone of the minidisc and somehow use them in sonicstage to get my music back? Thanks, eggy524
  4. Hi, I searched for this topic for a long time but couldnt find it. # Is it possible to comvert atrac files into mp3 files so as I can burn them onto cd? I recoreded a band live with my MZ-NH900 Hi-MD player and want to covert from MD to a music cd but I cant figure it out. 5. Hi, I recently purchased the sony n900 hi-md player and it works great apart from the gumstick battery!!! I charged it just like the instructions said and started using it but the battery only lasts for a short time. For example, i charged it two days ago and it now says the battery is nearly empty. In the instructions it also stated that I may have to charge and discharge the battery several times on first use to get up to full capacity but this hasnt worked, the battery condition is getting worse. I can still bring it back to the shop or buy a new battery but I dont want this happening again. Is there something I did wrong? When the battery is new are you supposed to charge it immediately and not drain the power that was in it when it was opened? Are you supposed to not charge the battery until its charge is fully depleated and then charge, as in not doing top-ups? If i do choose to get a new battery, where can i get these? are the gumstick batterys only made by sony? Thanks, Adam
