Rootsman

Please help! I am trying to transfer my MDs digitally (thru an optical cable) into my PC and then burn them off as CDs. I can record the signal but its only as 1 track, none of the track IDs are being sent. Is there any way that I can do this and keep the original track Ids I have already done on my MDs. Quite frustrated, and dont want to do it all manually again. Thanks
