They do sell them and they are dirt cheap (refurb as new). That is what I mean, I thought the R410 would be limited but it is not (same as E10,N1 etc).
-
Judging from people's experience the difference will be very minute. However I haven't tested them out myself.

Ever Print Your Own Disc Labels?
Michael1980 replied to daremo's topic in Technical, Tips, and Tricks
Yep, I just got my 373 and the LabelMaker ended up being DigitalPrint which already came on my computer when I bought it. -
USB upload to computer? If so, the yes.
-
Hi, I am thinking of purchasing said unit and wondered whether anyone has seen the specs for the european model. Is it 2x5mw or less than that? It is pretty difficult to guess because E501 is limited, while the R410 is not... Thanks
-
Yes I am aware of that. What I MEANT to say is that legal stores like iTunes/Connect should sell uncompressed songs at the same price as AllofMp3 does, that way it would be fair.
-
Anyway, I reckon the price of AllofMp3 is what legal download price should (when getting uncompressed files offcourse). It works out about 70 US cents to a uncompressed song which is pretty fair/good for most.

1. No 2. I don't know for sure, but I would say yes.

MZ-RH10 Megathread - All Color Variations + Info.
Michael1980 replied to Christopher's topic in News
Haven't seen any reviews of it yet... -
I did not say it has to do with the codec. I said those limitations only happen when you have your music in Atrac and if you have your collection on other formats then SS will not have any limitation describes.
-
Regarding Mp3, there are not any good solutions for your living room. That was very important to me when choosing.

Hey, I have Sky, but no digital out. How can I get a new box with optical out, do I have to buy it?
-
Re: Mp3 Conversion Tool, Yes, but this is for those over night sessions that Sony hopes we will all use.
-
You can get the NH1 for around 150-190 at the Sony EBay auction btw.
-
All those things you mention are to do with having your music in Atrac format which is not advisable IMO. Lossless or MP3 would be a better choice.
-
I am surprised no one mentions that the two are probably made in different countries. As we have heard on the forum before, I think the NH900 is made in China while the NH1 is made in Japan. Not sure about the Japanese NH900 though. Can anyone shed some light on this?

What restrictions has SonicStage got that are not present in iTunes?
-
No mass storage support for NetMD and no mp3 either.
-
So in Sweden you can't rip your cd's to your computers hard drive? That's crazy.
-
Well, PCM is for those who record and then pass it back to the PC to encode in whatever format they prefer. When I had my 600 that is all I used.
-
I know what you mean. I have a few mixtapes which are very poor quality (even with high 256 bitrate). So what I do, is burn them to cd and use SP Type R to copy them to minidisc. That way (digitally, not analogue), the loss of quality is the least you can get with pre-HiMD. However I would recommend you try SS3, to check if the encoder has been improved over 2.3.

Replace Connect With Mdcf In Sonicstage 3.
Michael1980 replied to Christopher's topic in Technical, Tips, and Tricks
Haha, nice. Browsing from SS from now. -
What is wrong with N10 compared to N910? Oh, I believe the N910 has a 2x4mw european output.
-
The title says it all. Has there been any mention on the construction of this unit? Also, I assume it is made in Japan, correct? Thanks

Not many people use HiLP mode, what is the point of it? Still though, hope this bug gets worked out.
