  1. Unfortunately, since I only have one CD drive, when I select record a CD, it doesn't want to let me transfer to the computer unless there's a writable CD in the drive. Hooking up my minidisc player changed this, since writing to the minidisc became an option. SOnicstage documentation didn't contain anything relevant or helpful. I can do the transfers, but it seems silly that the md has to be hooked up to do this.
  2. I'm using v2.3. I go to 'music source,' click on the red box with an arrow in it under record (transfer just takes me to a different screen that seems to offer options for burning CDs), and I get a message that says "this CD cannot be recorded." I'm not trying to record a CD, I just want to write the tracks into my library. I'm still perplexed. I was able to rip the CD in another program (CDEX) and then bring the mp3s into sonicstage, but that seems like a silly way to go.
  3. Hi, I'm getting a nh900 to replace my sharp mt877 that just died. I'm trying to get a jump start on copying some of my CDs into atrac format into My Library in sonic stage, and I just can't figure out how to do it. It wants to try to burn a CD, but I just want to copy the files to my hard drive. Am I an idiot for not being able to make this work? I don't know if it makes a difference, but the CD is a CDR, it's music I recorded and was burned in Samplitude.
