Hi, Here's a few tips, 1) put the recording device in one of those little bags (choose a black one) that you can hang around your waiste under sweater; 2) hang the microphone on the bag or on a pocket of your pants, so you won't hear your breathing 3) cover all the shiny parts of the microphone with black tape (the kind used by electricians).
