  1. Ishiyoshi, thank you very much. You have solved my problem! It is indeed the NVIDIA drivers that caused the problem. I must have updated it thru windows update. When I check the date of the driver, it was july 2004. Seems to be quite a new driver. So I decided to use my old drivers. Took out the cd that came with my graphics card and loaded it in. Old driver and everything works now. StEaLtH, my motherboard is from asua p4b. Not really sure about the chipset. Maybe 845 series. Anyway, I think it could be the graphic card driver problem. Check the date of the graphic card driver, try using a older one. It worked out for me.
  2. Yup, same here. Tried on my old P2 running on XP and it works. Bt my P4 on XP did not. I was Reinstalling my P4's OS and that was the first media software tt I installed. It manage to start as normal. But aft that, my pc auto restarted everytime I used sonicstage. I reinstalled my pc 3 times because of sonicstage 2.3. It juz simply did not work on my P4. So I am giving up to save the trouble of reinstalling my pc again.
  3. I have juz upgrade my OMG to sonicstage 2.3. But it always hangs at the initializing UI components stage. The program cannot even be started. Does anyone have a similar problem? Regardless of me following the instructions given on the FAQ(unistalling), I still cannot solve the problem. Hope that can find some help here. I am using xp service pack 2. Thanks
