That is true. For Vista x64 (or even Win7), here's what I have to run NetMD under SonicStage: VMWare player free Windows XP or 2000 (needs license) To enable folder sharing between WinXP & Vista, you need to install VMWare server trial to get the folder sharing support files. Once installed and working it is ok to uninstall VMWare server trial. I have this setup working under Win7 and had it working under Vista x64 before I upgraded. If you run into any problems, let me know.

Sonicstage works finr with Vista/ Win7 64-bit ONLY for disc in Hi-MD mode. This is because NetMD drives for 64-bit were never created. If you do not care about NetMD, then reformat your NetMD discs to Hi-MD using NH1 hardware. If you want to access NetMD discs using sonicstage, best option is to run WinXP under virtual machine (comes with USB support): http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/

I wasn't expecting this in GA. Im in Buford, GA just 30mins from Commerce GA. But $79 is a very high price to pay for Psych NetMD unit. Good work.

Hi, Is it possible to play MZ-NH600D while being powered up by car USB? Does it even get USB powered by non-computer USB power source? I have MZ-S1 which gets powered by car dc and plays at the same time. It does not charge the battery at all and I am used to that. Being dc powered I do not have to constantly change batteries or worry about forgetting to shut off the player. Thanks

As it looks from the picture, other are mp3 players. Here's a link to translated page: http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=e...009_28_5081.htm

Why are expecting the price you bought the item for? That's outdated dude.

It would be interesting if NDS would do that.

Let me guess, the kid with a walkman was just a marketing hype by sony?

audiobooks! This unit has speed control with auto pitch adjustment. You sold me all over again. AWWWWWW In car listening, I use MZ-S1. Is this a stable unit to take heats in the car?

I am having second thoughts too. Shipped to US is $132. BTW, what are you guys planning to use this unit for. I know its a business unit, right now I am just an employee

narp, I totally agree with you. Pro-Tape guy emailed me in response to high UPS shipping. He said that USPS is unreliable...which is odd as they rarely loose any parcels. And also mentioned that customers prefer UPS (costly) option over USPS (cheaper) option. Well, looks like those are some odd customers and I am sure I am not one of them.

I have been wanting to order some blanks from Pro-Tape, but can't get over high UPS shipping prices. Discs seem cheap, but shipping even within US kills the deal for me. Why can't they use USPS as it is cheap for us customers and USPS has never lost any package to me.

I think its a bad idea to pay for shipping to you. Not many people will agree with payment methods. How about: PAY IT FORWARD Means just ship to the next person and that's it. Now, a problem here - what if the next person is in different country? Then who foots the higher bill to ship. Hey, how about just uploading your wav's/ flac's to be recorded by everyone. Back to square one.
