I am having some really frustrating problems with my Net MD MZ-420D...When I first got it, I was able to transfer with no problems. Just recently, I cannot transfer anything! I am getting every possible error message from "cannot transfer track" or "transfer count is zero" to "internal error" and pretty much everything else. I have SonicStage 2.0 and operate on Windows XP. Does anyone have solutions on what I should do? I can't even delete the current tracks on my discs to wipe it clean. Is there a customer service phone number I can call or live chat for help??? Thanks for your time...
