  1. I have SonicStage v3.3 and I purchased a music file from iTunes that I would like to transfer to NetMD. This file is MPEG-4 audio. Anyone know what I need to do? Thanks.
  2. Hey guys...I have an MZ-N420D with SS 3.1 I had transferred tracks from MY Library and successfully played them a few times on my player but recently tried to play again but when I hit play, "ERROR" popped up on my player and I can't do anything. What happened? What's wrong? Thanks for the help in advance.
  3. Downloading the latest version worked! Thanks. I'll have to buy you lunch.
  4. I am having some really frustrating problems with my Net MD MZ-420D...When I first got it, I was able to transfer with no problems. Just recently, I cannot transfer anything! I am getting every possible error message from "cannot transfer track" or "transfer count is zero" to "internal error" and pretty much everything else. I have SonicStage 2.0 and operate on Windows XP. Does anyone have solutions on what I should do? I can't even delete the current tracks on my discs to wipe it clean. Is there a customer service phone number I can call or live chat for help??? Thanks for your time...
  5. I have ripped directly to my SS library and it still comes up "These tracks cannot be transferred. The remaining transfer count is zero." I'm about to sell this useless piece of junk.
  6. I have used my MD before to transfer MP3 and wma files from PC to NETMD...I just tried for the first time in about a month or 2 to transfer some more files. Well I tried to delete or transfer from the netMD to clear my disc and these stupid errors come up. It's pissing me off. Also I try to use a new blank disc and transfer files and I get these stupid messages...."REMAINING TRANSFER COUNT IS ZERO" and "SONICSTAGE DOES NOT SUPPORT THE FILE FORMAT OF THE TRACK"........what in the hell is going on with this thing???? I never had this problem before...I can't transfer a thing. I'm about to throw the player up against the wall!!! Anyone with suggestions???
  7. Ok. Well I already ripped the music with Windows Media Player to begin with. I was importing the files from my folder to Sonicstage library. So what else am I suppose to do?
  8. I am having issues with transferring tracks to my Net MD MZ-N420D. I have tracks on my hard drive that I ripped from my CD's. I can transfer MP3 files to my MD walkman but when I try to transfer the ripped files, I get an error message that says "Unable to convert copyright protected content." What kind of crap is this? I am new to the forum and I tried searching for help but didn't find any. Could someone help me out? Thanks.
