  1. Hi everyone, I could really use any help. I've tried everything! I'm running a 1.8 Athlon w/ XP SP1. I have 1 GIG of RAM. SS is the 3.1 version, though I have tried 2.0, 2.3, and 3.0 as well. There is nothing running in the background when I work on SS. The problems started occuring after I downloaded one song from the Connect store. ((go figure)) Yesterday I tried playing a song from my library and it gave me this error: There is invalid rights management information in the OpenMG content. What? I know it has to do with copyrights and whatnot. I deleted the file and backed up my library; I've tried a dozen times of uninstalls and reinstalls to get my music back to norm but nothing seems to be working. Here is the info Sony gave me: "I reset the copyrights for you on the song in your account. Please delete it from your Library and then re-download it from your purchased music, which is located in your account. If you have songs that are not playing back that you imported into sonic stage I cannot reset the copyrights on them because they have no license file. Only songs that you download from connect can have the licenses reset." So basically there is nothing I can do but re-copy all of my cd's? I don't even care much about the song I downloaded, I just want this problem to go away. Or would I need to download it to fix this problem? Seems from what Custsvc said I have to re-copy everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
