Hi - Sony Connect Customer support was able to solve this problem for me by referring me to a file called pxengine2_00_60a.exe. Call them and ask for the same resolution to Incident: 050610-000118. You have to be an administrator logged in in order to do the install but, once done, it fixed it easily. Good luck, Dave
