greetings to all, i have a sony mz-n710 which is having problems, it all started when i took it off charge and kept on trying out different discs to see wots on it, i thought they were empty, then i went back to the first disc which was inserted and no sogns were playing from it, it refuses to play ne music, it makes a weird noise, like a bubbly one and keeps buzzing, i tried cleaning it, trying new discs, charging it agen, nuthin dun it, i looked inside it and next to the laser on the left hand side (looking down at the disc) there is a black stick sticking out about 5-20degrees, is it sposed to be like that? cn u suggest a solution? or maybe send me a pic of a helalthy inside/mechanism of a sony mz-n710 thanx r.soul

hi thanx for ur message, well, i took a look inside, and either side of the lense there are two black stick (plastic) (i own a sony mz-n710) on the right hand side (looking down at the minidisc) one of the sticks is sticcking out slightly, about 5-20 degrees, im not sure if its ment to be like that, but do u hav a pic of a healthy inside of a sony mz-n710?

sorry, but wen i was doin the topic, i made a poll by mistake, i dnt no wot happened, please forgive me,m and u dnt sound rude as i like people to point out my mistakes so thanks alot back to subject it sounds jarred like clicky sorta and it also makes a bubbly noise, u cnt really explain it, and i think it is coz of rapid disc change as i was trying a few discs out to see wot was on them but nothing was playing, i thought they were empty, but then i went back to the first disc and that wudnt play:(, is there ne way i cn sort this out?... feel free to add my msn address and contact me from there:D nuthead7@hotmail.com thanks, mr soul

hi kimpe, thanks for the reply, your effort is much appreciated (especially gettin up at 5AM!) lol, but, there is nuthin jammed inside the disc or the minidisc player, and wen i take the disc out it spins, so i dont think thats the case, it all started after i charged it and wanted to try my minidiscs and kept on switching between them, but i didnt see if the first minidisc worked or not... regards, R.Soul P.S. the inside of the minidisc seems [pretty dusty, do u think i shud clean it, i need good advice coz i break it further, thanks alot for your effort)

hi, im not good on pcs or nething but i like to TRY and help people, try this, start>run>regedit.exe and try and stop it from autoloading probably wont wqork but worth a try:D good luck mate R.Soul

Hi guys, im new, i REALLY need help with my net md, ive been searching the forums for ages, its just started to make this funny sound (not through the ear phones, you can actually here it coming out of the minidisc) and wen i press play it just shows the battery info and does nothing, i try connecting it to the pc and nothing happens, PLEASE HELP ME GUYS I WOULD MUCH APPRECIATE IT regards R.Soul (lol)
