  1. Hello, Does anyone know what version of Sonic Stage I can use on my system running Win98 4.10.1998 ? I've tried version 3.3 and above and none of them will load on this version of windows. I've authorized my player on my other computer running SS4.2 and would like to load the music from the player to the computer running Win98 4.10.1998. Thanks! Dtrain
  2. Hello, It will refresh in the other programs though I do suspect something having to do with the connectivity or communication between the drive and SS. I just don't have the tech background to troubleshoot properly. D
  3. Hi, Thanks for the advice. I tried it but it still isn't working. Whenever I eject the disk or try "refresh" nothing changes. Is there a phone number for SonicStage support that you know of? Thanks, Darren
  4. Hello, I had this problem with SS3.4 and it's continuing with newly loaded 4.2. SS won't recognize a new cd when I try to load it in after successfully loading a previous cd. The tracklist from the previous load doesn't go away unless I shut down SS (refresh does nothing). Sometimes when I reboot SS it still has the previous cd track list. Any advise would be appreciated. It's driving me nuts. Thanks! Dtrain
  5. Thanks so much. The animation on yr signature is hilarious! Best, Dtrain
  6. Hello, I'm thinking of getting a second atrac device, the black bean, to use for working out. Will SS3.4 allow two devices to access my library? I'm currently using my NW-E507 but don't want to take it to the gym. Thanks! Dtrain
  7. Hello, I have a related question. Is it possible to pull a playlist together from songs already on the device? I like to have the individual songs kept together within their album structures on the device but I'd also like to have a mix of certain songs pulled together as their own album without having the songs on there twice. I have an NWE507 and SS3.4. Thanks!!! Dtrain
  8. Hi, Thanks for the responses. I'm running windows 2000 thru service pack 4. Not much of a PC expert I'm afraid. Best, Dtrain
  9. Hello, I've just bought an NW-E503 and love it. This forum has been just as great! I searched the SS FAQ but wasn't able to find out any info about my question so here goes... Whenever I load a cd into SS3.4 it loads fine, however, when I eject the cd and put in another one SS3.4 doesn't recognize the swap. ie, it shows the track list data from the previous disc. The only way I can get it to kickover is to close the program and relaunch which is time consuming. The refresh feature doesn't do it and the same thing happens when I eject from the program or by pressing the eject button on my Dell PC. This is probably a simple user error, however, I can't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Keep up the excellent work! Much thanks, Dtrain
