  1. Thank you for information! Hi to everybody. After all discussion and help I got, I realized how easy answers were on both of my question. I tried and works perfect. 1. To connect MZ-RH10 to playback through receiver, as I was told by Kevin, the RH10 has no line out as such (mode or jack). Turn the volume up to around 27/30 and make sure the sound setting is EQ Off, you should get a reasonable "line-level" signal to connect earphones jack to your system (receiver / amplifier). 2. To transfer old MDs in to HI-MD mode and have adventage of reformated old disks in Hi-Md mode with much more space, just connect your "old" MD deck with optical cable (RadioShack #1501597 6-FT Digital Cable $6.97) to your HI-MD and setup recording in Hi-SP (2h 20' on 80min disk) or H i-LP (10h 10' on 80 min disk). Enjoy your old music and have 2 or 6.5 times more music on same "old" disks. One more time thanks to Kevin and A440 for help!
  2. Thank you Kevin very much! Alex P.S. I have another question if posible. I have collection of more then 40 MDs in standard MD mode. What would be the easiest way to transfer my MDs in HI-MD mode and have adventage of reformated disks in Hi-Md mode with much more space. It looks like that the only way is to connect my old MD and copy to new Hi-MD and than transfer by USB cable to computer and then from computer back to new Hi-MD in ATRAC3 Plus format.
  3. Thank you! Do I stress MD's ampifier and can I use that connection for hours. Also I understand that receiver can be adjusted by volume independently up or down.
  4. Thank you for response. Do I use headphone connection on MZ-RH10 and with Y cable connect to receiver's audio IN left and right?
  5. Help!!! How to connect MZ-RH10 to playback through receiver
