I've got a himd player model MZ-NH700. I recieved sonic stage 2.1 and i've now downloaded and installed sonic stage 3.1. However in the new version although i can convert to wav i can't transfer files from my player to my pc or vice versa. Any ideas what the problem could be?

I've got ss2.1 with my hi-md. Anyone know where i can download ss3.1? Thanks for reading.
