Hello, I have installes SS4.3 on a windows 7 laptop with home premium. I am trying to upload PCM encoded music from a MZ-NH900 hi MD walkman. SS seems to go through the motions, it recognises the device but does not transfer the music. I have tried to install the "NetMD Driver 64-bit Win7 or Vista" but windows 7 will not let me. I have scoured the web and tried to force install the driver but with no sucess. Any ideas? As an asside, I also have an Archos 5 internet tablet (the android one) and was wondering whether there was any way of getting SS to recognise it. I currently use windows media player which keeps corrupting my files.

I have had the same problem with both 3.3 and 3.4 using an NH900 player. I had this problem on another computer running windows 98 SE. I currently have Norton Internet Security running in the background. My System information is as below. OS Name Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600 Processor x86 Family 15 Model 4 Stepping 3 GenuineIntel ~2992 Mhz Total Physical Memory 1,024.00 MB I have e-mailed Sony, had an incident number, but never received a response. I would suggest we all contact them linking this thread.

Does anybody know of a link where I can down load a version of sonic stage 3.2. Since upgrading to 3.3 I have had nothing but probelms - an inability to transfer more than one album in a single instance unless I wipe the disc. Problems with editing uploaded files, problems on occasions with deleting multiple groups. Everything worked fine until I moved to SS 3.3. I have re-installed SS 3 times following the guidance within this forum, twice using the official UK Sony link, the third time using the self contained package from this site. The latter did improve things, but I still have problems.

I have had similar problems. Never previously had any trouble uploading and editing/dividing tracks until I moved to SS 3.3. I have also had problems with editing on the MD and then uploading. Again did not have any problems until 3.3 The problems also coincide with a move to a new PC running XP, when previously i was using 98SE.
