and how do i do that, I mean i have marc's renderer but I don't know how to convert files direcly from my md...

i was using sonic stage for editing song that i have recorded.. then my computer shut down and i had to replace all my softwear including my sonic stage... now i have installed a new version of sonic stage and the tracks that i had edited earlyer cannot be transfered from md to computer... what to do? what to do? i could really use some help...
