I ment to say what is the difference between the hi-md and the older mini disc players ( between the net md and the ones that came out before those aswell ). I was thinking of purchasing a r70, Isn`t the recording sound quality 44.1khz / WAV ?

Is there any differences in terms of audio quality between these two? Also, how much recording time do both the regular md and hi-md give you?

I might be scoring a deal on this model so thats why i'm interested in purchasing it. Are there alternatives to uploading my music on my pc? How does recording in realtime in the soundcard work, i'm not sure I understand what that means.

I want to buy this minidisc used off of somebody, I heard that there are problems with this unit when used for recording purposes especially when transfering the music to a pc, can anyone elaborate? Thanks.

damn I just checked the site and they are out of stock. I didn't think it would be so hard to buy one, the new sonystyle 2006 catalogue doesn't even list mini discs. Maybe the sony store would have ?

anyone know an online preferbably canadian store that sells the mz-rh910 mini disc player? It seems harder and harder to find hi md recorders at stores the days.

Which will be better, the low cost binaurals from core sound or the SP - BMC 3 from Sound Professionals? So your saying that miniature mics don't do well for quiet and loud sounds but they perform well in the middle? How do you check for self noise and SPL?

How does the core sound binaural microphone compare with the low cost version? I'm strongly considering the low cost version , any suggestions?
