I borrowed a friends sony MZ-R30 MD walkman and now I want to download the file on to my mac. Being a total novice (yes, thats right, a first time MD user) i have no clue how to do this, what cable I might need, or software on my computer.....fumbling in Fresno

I have borrowed a sony mz-r30 and want to download on to my mac mini. I have been given lots of conflicting advice on how to do this. Do you have any suggestions...Mark in Fresno
