anyone try archos gmini 402 for audio recording? its kind of nice because it has a camcorder as well... maybe the audio recording will be decent enough to handle the loud music?

im just worried about getting caugtht when they search me... with a md player. im going toa festival type show so i dont know how tight it is.

just a quick question. Are the mp3 players that offer "voice recording" such as ipods and creatives as good or better in sound quality than minidisc players?

can you play wmas on minidisc players? I tried the digital music stores for the first time... and i was surprised that I got licensed wmas....kind of mad.. never again., and converting wma to mp3 would decrease the quality... also can you even do that witrh the license?

is audacity free? I got soundforge and Acid...

hi, I went through the manual way... overall the quality to me sounds pretty good...it may be better with a battery box... im noticing that theres a lot of bass... a little too much maybe.. i'll post it in the gallery after i edit it to see if its up to par

ah they cancelled the nine inch nails show.. trents sick... however i went to the MEtric concert tonight... hmm the recording was somewhat quiet in my first recording even though it was reaching the second line and "overloading" I quickly stopped and turned it down... interupting a song.. hmm

heh yea... uh i'm going through the fan club entrance for the sound check... they might be more tight with security... I got on inside pocket for my jacket... but if i do have to take it out to show them... do you think they'll go crazy over a "mp3 player".. ill have the mics clipped inside my shirt so those wont be found.

hey.. I followed the mic recording guides... Im practicing on my pc speakers with them on loud... i have the radioshack attenuator... its very quiet. I have the record volume at 20/30 ... If i turn the Attenuator to low does the mics become louder...? that being said this is just my speakers not an actual concert... and I cant listen to how loud its recording during it. So can you give me an idea of what i should set everything.. I'm seeing nine inch nails this friday... so its somewhat bassy...

no i got clips with them they still move has my shirt moves...

also i noticed that when i was walking around with them on my collar... it was very sensitive...i guess it wisae not to make any movements?

does anyone mention the costs of making these mics and battery box?
