Ok, I have a NW-E507. I just updated my firmware today to 2.0, after lots of hard work. I found this site, and the one thread had a link to the South Asia/Pacific Sony site, which had the firmware that worked. I am now trying to put new screens on my device, but when I unplug it from the computer, it does not show. When I reconnect it, and open the folder, the file is no longer there. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks!
