they don't say anything about net md function in the service manual. I probably need some programs which are described in the manual - NVWriter and Patch Writer, but I can't find them anywhere. I shouldn't have entered service mode at all But at least i can use my N10 as a simple player\recorder without download music funcion. And about voltage problem - it occured before I entered service mode...

Can't dowload songs from PC to my N10. This problem occured after entering service mode and probably changing some data there. Could anyone tell me which menus in the service mode are responsible for net md function and their right settings? Oh, and another problem: when i connect my player to the charger (not original) the unit shows Hi DC in, though by some manipulations i'm able to charge the player. The needed voltage for charging is 6v. I tested my charger with a voltmeter and it's ok. The most strange thing about this is that, when setting the voltage on the charger to 4.5v the red light lights up and unit begins to show that it's charging, but actually it is not. Sorry for my English, i'm from Russia

please could anyone post here how to make a step-by-step reset of all values in service mode to their factory defaults. I did smth wrong and now don't know what to do. If i press any button while not in service mode the screen flashes "ERROR". I've downloaded the service manual but don't understand anything there, i'm stupid

i've had such kind of problem with my n10. I managed to make it work by charging it while playing songs (or charge it while browsing menu)
