    A Disk Error message C13 has appeared while my JA20es is unsuccessfully trying to read the TOC of any MD. The manual is less than helpful as to how to respond. Is the laser failing? Any advice would be gratefully received. This is such a beautiful machine, it would be a shame if it has one foot in the grave. Sorabji.
