Thank you ALL....I appreceiated....My recording has too much bass,,,,,so I will try the software try to edit it....

I listned to my recording(pcm) converted to WAv last night. The sound quality is good as compared to a profeesional piano cd(by Yundi lI)....except, my recording is much closer but TOO much bass???? Do you guys got any idea that what sound soft ware I should use that can improve the treble end before the final version. Thanks

I have tried the audicity site..but down load nothing??? Do you have anyother site or programs can /edit/tune the recording, such as 'revert" and pitch/bass??? Big thanks

thamks pal. Micro phone is the PR2 d417 , 600ohms and freq 50-15000khz(I think)

After spending some money on mini disc, a friends told me that sound balster audity card provids a BETTER sound recording which is closer to cd quality than minidisc. I am talking about the liv epiano recording in home. Can some one out there and tell me is this true???? or some one has tried already?? Thanks

Hi guys, do you have any idea that if I did 80% recording spaces using HIMD 1 gb mini disc and upload to my computer to sonic stage(v4) and convert to WAV files? How much hard drive space do I need to take those 80% space from the 1 GB minidisc?? or I should just do 20% usage and use a new disc? Or its alomost the same as the 1G (converting astrct to Wav files)? My MD is Mz hr 800. Thanks

Hi there, I just bought a minidisc nz800 from minidisc.com.au and its working well for my live piano recording. The seller recommends me to upgrade the sonic stage (v2.3)so I can covert PCM files from MD to computer then burned on the cd. Can anyone tell me which sonic version should I use(australia) and please tell me the procedure because I am dumb and new to this file conversion. Eg live recording-MD > to computer > convert files to wav /to CD Your help is much appreciated. Thanks
