what should i expect when i seek their help? i dont have a phone number as well=.= the manual is gone

yeh the hard drive sounds like its having a hard time to find stuff

when i switch it back on its still on the main screen. no matter how many times i do it

i dont think there is one on the network walkman nw-hd3, not that i know of...

i was in a hurry and i unplugged the cables whilst transferring from pc. i did close all the programs on my pc though so i thought it was alright. afterwards i tried playing stuff but it was just stuck on the main screen. i need help. is there any way to fix it manually without sending it off and waiting a few months and paying then losing all the files
