The RH-10 that I had didn't have two customisable settings, just presets like 'jazz' and 'pop'. I only found this forum after I'd returned it... I had no idea that it could be changed

Thanks! I bought the MZ-RH10 last year, but it only had presets which had no bass on any of them, so I took it back Looks like I'll be buying an RH1 when my local Sony shop has the back in stock...

I'm looking at buying one of these as my current (rather old) MD recorder is close to dying... does the RH1 have a customisable equaliser or bass boost? (I'm looking to buy in the UK)
