I have installed SS 4.3 but I'm having problems: First is that the Groups heading on my A3000 has now been depopulated so I cant sort by group any more while connected to SS. Second is that the PC hangs when I try to write an Audio CD with SS. Help!!!

This seems an improvement but... since installing this version my A3000 has turned into a snail. Navigating the menus takes forever. However I have seen the posts on this topic and am going to try defragmenting. It is still very difficult to edit music on the player. All you can see is Album by artist. This is not good enough - for classical music you get a meaningless list of things like "allegro moderato" Its really hard to locate tracks to remove without having to refer back to My Library. java script:emoticon('', 'smid_10')

I have had the same problem with my A3000 but I think it all started when I upgraded to SonicStage 4.0. When I was on previous versions the player was much quicker. I have been thinking of trying to install version. 3.4 again but do not have the confidence! I'll try the defrag suggestion and see if it makes any difference.
